Weeknight Chicken Lo Mein

INGREDIENTS:
8 oz | San Giorgio® Spaghetti |
2 Tbsps | reduced sodium soy sauce |
2 Tbsps | oyster sauce |
1 tsp | sesame oil |
1/2 tsp | ground ginger |
1/2 tsp | sriracha hot chili sauce |
1 Tbsp | olive oil |
2 | garlic cloves, minced |
1 cup | mushrooms, sliced |
1 | red bell pepper, thinly sliced |
1 cup | broccoli slaw |
1 cup | cooked, chopped chicken |
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
- For the sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger and Sriracha sauce; set aside.
- For the stir fry: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add garlic, mushrooms, bell pepper and broccoli slaw. Stir fry about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add chicken, cooked pasta, and sauce and stir until heated through. Serve immediately.
