Trio Italiano® Pasta Salad

A simple summer-time side dish bursting with different flavors, colors and textures.

INGREDIENTS:

16 ozSan Giorgio® Trio Italiano®
12 ozprepared pesto
1 cupolives, pitted and chopped
1 cupcherry tomatoes, halved
1 cupyellow grape tomatoes, halved
8 ozmozzarella pearls, drained
grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl combine pesto, olives, tomatoes and mozzarella.
  3. Toss with pasta, serve garnished with Parmesan, if desired.
