INGREDIENTS:
1 large | red bell pepper, cut into strips |
1 large | green bell pepper, cut into strips |
1 large | onion, thinly sliced |
2 large | garlic cloves, chopped |
3 Tbsps | olive oil |
1/2 cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
1 tsp | dried basil leaves |
1 lb | Italian sausage links |
1 3/4 cups | diced tomatoes, undrained |
12 oz | San Giorgio® Fettuccine |
grated Parmesan cheese |
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat oven to 450º F.
- In 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, toss peppers, onion, garlic, olive oil and basil; spread in even layer. Add sausage links.
- Bake 25 minutes, uncovered, stirring half-way through baking time. Stir in tomatoes with juice; bake 10 more minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Remove sausage and cut into thin slices; stir into pepper mixture. Toss hot pasta and pepper mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
