Linguine with Shrimp Primavera

INGREDIENTS:
8 oz | San Giorgio® Linguine |
1 cup | Italian Vinaigrette dressing |
1 lb | medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined |
1 medium | zucchini, sliced |
1 medium | carrot, cut into julienne strips |
4 | green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces |
2 Tbsps | chopped parsley |
2 tsps | grated lemon peel |
1/8 tsp | ground red pepper (cayenne) |
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- In large skillet, over medium heat, heat dressing; add remaining ingredients except cooked linguine.
- Cook and stir 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are no longer pink and vegetables are desired tenderness.
- Stir in cooked pasta; heat through. Serve immediately.
