12 ozSan Giorgio® Elbow Macaroni
2 cups1% low fat milk
1 Tbspbutter
3 Tbspsall purpose flour
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspground black pepper
8 ozshredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
1/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, stir together milk, butter, flour, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently; remove from heat.
  3. Stir in cheese until melted.
  4. Stir together hot cooked pasta and cheese sauce; serve immediately.
