INGREDIENTS:
12 oz | San Giorgio® Mafalda |
12 oz | vinaigrette dressing |
1 | large pear, cored and diced |
1 cup | green grapes, halved |
1 cup | snow pea pods |
8 oz | crumbled feta cheese |
1/4 cup | red onion, finely chopped |
1/4 cup | pecans, chopped |
1/2 cup | orange juice |
1 tsp | orange zest |
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain well. Rinse pasta with cold water.
- Stir dressing into pasta; chill.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss pasta with remaining ingredients.
