Escape to Italy with every forkful of our cheesy Creamy Pasta Florentine, featuring tender spinach and a luscious parmesan sauce.

INGREDIENTS:
12 oz | San Giorgio® Fettuccine |
1 cup | water |
10 oz | frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
8 oz | low fat cream cheese |
1/8 tsp | ground nutmeg |
1 Tbsp | instant chicken bouillon |
1/8 tsp | ground nutmeg |
bread crumbs, toasted (optional) | |
grated Parmesan cheese, if desired |
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare pasta according to package directions adding spinach to water during last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain pasta and spinach in colander.
- In same pot, over medium heat, combine water, cheese, bouillon and nutmeg; stir consistently until cheese is melted. Add pasta and spinach; mix well.
- Garnish with toasted bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
